Alternative to ladaza

My wife received injections in Russia called ladaza from her gynecologist. Is this available here or what is the alternative here?

It used to be available under the name HYALASE. I'm not sure if it is still available in SA.

the chemical name is Hyaluronidase. (in latin Lydasum)
