Allergy

Hi There
Not sure if this is the correct forum?
I have been suffering from terrible headaches, I always put them down to Sinus.
I went to the ENT and he did an MRI, no sinus infection, only swollen sinuses?
He's not sure from what?
That doesn't help my headaches?
Any suggestions?
How do I find out what I am allergic too?

Dear Stashi
headaches could be caused by:
Sinus infections
Biting skew on the jaw
Stress
Migraine
neck muscle spasm
eye strain

I think you should let your GP have a look and maybe refer you for physiotherapy evaluation and ask your dentist to check your Bite too. One needs to manage the cause of the headache.

ENT specialists can draw blood or do skin tests to determine the cause of allergies.
