How can the body be alkanised?

Dear Tired
By eating fruits, vegetables, milk and yoghurt, grains and cereals which produce an alkaline residue when metabolised in the body. Cut down on meat and fish, but not altogether, esp if your tiredness is due to anaemia. Have that checkup.
