Advice for would be partners of AS genes

Please kindly advise me on what to do. Am deeply in love with my girlfriend and plan to marry her. but the problem is that we both have the AS genes. my blood group is A while hers is O. what are the probability of us having sicke cell kids, and what could be done to prevent us having one.

If you are refering to carrier status for the sickle cell gene mutation then the chance of an affected child is 25%. Best would be to go for genetic counseling to discuss further.
