Advice for dizziness as a result of high blood pressusre

I am pregnant for the 1st time at 35 years with my first baby. I have low blood pressure and experience dizziness on a daily basis. What can I do to prevent it?

There isn't much you can do. Try moving slowly and particularly not getting up or turning suddenly.

It is important to start taking Folic acid and ferrous sulphate (iron tablets) as soon as possible. Have your BP monitored by your GP.
Plenty of rest, good nutrition and adequate water intake is advisable
