Adenomyosis

Can someone please tell me if they have been diagnosed with this and what measures were taken to remove it? Also, how would an ovary get stuck behind the uterus? Can this prevent pregnancy?

The treatment for adenomyosis is hysterectomy, but this is only necessary if there are severe symptoms. Adhesions, e.g. from an infection, can cause the ovary to be stuck. This could also cause damage to other structures like the tubes and this could interfere with pregnancy.
