Hi I' m hoping you can help me, I' ve been taking both Alzam and Aval ever night, with out it I can not sleep.
I really want to stop taking them as I have lost more than 10kg' s since taking these tablets. Are there any alternitive medication I can you. These tablets have become exetremely addictive.
Thank you very much.
