Ab workout

Hi conrad, i was wondering if i should do my ab workout in the begining or at the end of my workout, and why it makes a difference when i do them. Thanx

Shaun,

It is better to do your abs at the end of your workout. The reason is that you need them for stability during your normal training routine and if they are tired that stability may not be there which may increase the potential for injury.
