What food to eat

Hi I have been taking peploc OTC occasionally because of high acidity.Can you please advise what type of food should I avoid to get off the medication.Thanks

Foods high in fat, deep fried and made from refind flour aggravate acid production by the tummy These are processed meats (polony sasauges berewors) fat n meat chicken skin, fatty gravies, cheese sauces, deep fried foods such as potato chips, vetkoek, KFC,  doughnuts, hard cheeses, potato bake, cream, Cuppachinos, milkshakes ice cream white and brown bread pizza wraps, biscuits ruks, cake chelsea buns, whirte breadrolls prego rolls, muffins scones etc You can contact a dietitian to plan you a healthy eating plan to replace these unhealthy food
