Thank you for writing to Health24.
Firstly congrats on your baby!
After giving birth it is important to not try loose too much weight too quickly. Your body needs time to recover and it needs nutrients to heal and produce breastmilk if you are breastfeeding.
It is not very clear what is provided in the mentioned Fat Belly Fix so we cant make a clear scientific based assessment.
We would advise aiming to eat healthy and more active (if you have been given the go ahead from your gynae). Eat a balanced diet of healthy high fibre starches (eg oats, chickpeas, lentils, beans, brown rice, barley), lean proteins (eg egg, fish, chicken), healthy fats (eg nuts, avo, olives), fruit, and plenty of vegetables. Drink lots of water and reduce items that are energy dense like sugary food/drinks, alcohol, etc.
would be such an investment for you to see a dietitian in your area to work out
something really personal for you which will be easier to follow and suit your lifestyle. If you
