Tooth extraction and pregnancy

i am on my first trimester and have a terrible toothace and now affecting the ears. is it safe to take it out? i thought of filling it up but my dentist said the hole is too deep. he gave me antibiotics( moxypen) and adco napamol to drink until i decide if i need to take it out.
