Supplements

Morning, what supplements can I use. I am in my 40's but seriously need to gain more muscle and get toned. Do go to gym (a ladies gym) so do the circuit there and walk and cycle. But I know I NEED some extra help. I am on medication for high blood pressure and I use Vital Menopause, so what ever is not going to conflict with that

So i been reading up about Creatine - is it okay to just take Creatine only. There is no way I can afford all these others, protein powder, amino acids etc etc
