Rose gold reaction

Hi! I'm a 29 year old male. I recently got married and began wearing an 18k Rose Gold wedding band. I'm experiencing a dull ache in my upper forearm on that arm, but no skin issues. It could be tennis elbow (been training a lot), but I wondered if this symptom could be caused by the copper in the ring? As I understand 18k rose gold is around 20% copper.

Usually the metal Nickel in Jewellery is the issue (may rings contain some Nickel to harden the Gold).  Gold usually isn't an issue and Copper is actually beneficial for joint problems. If the ring was a problem, you would develop Contact Dermatitis where the ring touches your skin. I think you are correct and have Tennis Elbow and the ache in your forearm has nothing to do with the wedding ring.
