Possible retrenchment

I just want out if an employer may advertise the position you have in the company even if you have not resigned and is not planning to resign. Can this be seen as possible unfair dismissal in the nearby future if it happens

Yes, this could be challenged in due course.  It would have to be referred either to the CCMA or the Bargaining Council.  Please do that within 30 days after having been dismissed or retrenched.
