My wife has COPD. Is there any new products on the market? She is stuggling with her oxygen level.

It measure 88,but it must be 90+ . How can we increase and keep the oxygen at 90+?She uses a nebulizer with duolin and she also use an oxygen machine. In the past she used the machine only when she had a cold. Now she use it daily- especially through the night. Other medication include: Forvent, Symbicord, and Astavent inhaler and Theophillin. Her oxygen level is measured with a device. Is there anything that we can do to improve the oxygen level to an acceptable level of above 90.

Ideally the oxygen levels should be above 92, however, for more severe disease aiming between 88 and 92 should be okay.  Your doctor can advise further though.  The only to maintain a higher level is to turn up the flow rate on the machine.  Your doctor can advise you further about this.
