Can we eat fruits in empty stomach in morning?Is it good?

Yes, fruit is an excellent source of fibre, vitamins and phytonutrients which all have health promoting properties.  Fruit can be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning but is also a convenient and healthy snack for in between meals.

Try to eat a variety of different colours because different fruits provide us with different vitamins and phytonutrients.
