Cough

Hello. I am an 81 otherwise healthy female. I developed a cough three weeks ago. The clinic said it was a virus, with clear lungs. However I am still coughing and still have mucus. The coughing is exhausting. I have tried syrups with no results. I increased my vitamin d and drink ginger tea and liquids and soup. What else can I do?. Thank you for any advice

It's most likely that you have a post-nasal drip.  Takes some antihistamines and if it doesn't settle use some nasal spray from your doctor.
