Food that won't trigger my Hashimotos

Good day What are the best food to eat to prevent a flare up when you have Hashi's

There are no foods that can cause a direct flare up of Hashimotos disease As all diseases, the casue is multi factorial 60% of your immune cells are located in your gut For good immunity we need good gut health that requires an adequate amount of water as well as fibre to keep the billions of bacteria in the gut in good shape Include high fibre foods such as whole grains (corn, barley, wild/brown rice, heavy breads) as well as plent fresh fruit and vegetables Avoid all foods high in sugar and white flour
