Good day i have a 4 month old german shepard weighing at 17.5 kg thats not eating or drinking. she had 2 days of diahreah but has stopped because shes not eating. we have taken her to pdsa yesterday and they advised that he tummy was gassy and might still be sore due to her being sterilized 2 weeks ago and had an infection which has cleared up. they gave her tablets and recommended that we feed her a small tin of Hills A/D 5 mls 3 times a day. she still walks around and gets happy when she sees us but i can see shes not her usual active self. the pdsa advised that i return tomorrow if she still doesnt eat but seeing her like this is worrying me and i cant go another dayseeing her like this. please help any suggestions would be appreciated. she has been on Hills since 8 weeks old
