Employee rights

Good day, If I filed a dispute with my employer and the the employer did not answer me or resolve the dispute sins Nov 2017, But now the employer wants to force me to execute the task in dispute. Can I refuse to execute the task until dispute is resolved? Or what is my rights here? Thank you

My suggestion is that you refile the dispute referring to the initial filing and again tell them that you need to have your grievance filed by you in November 2017 sorted out before you can go ahead.
