Doubts of viral diseases

If someone have hepatitis b get some wound and the blood is dried on the hand. After that he touches some surface. Same surface is touched by another person and cut the fruits and eat it without washing hands. Is this process can lead to spread of infection. Second person have taken two doses of engirex b (five months from 1st dose 1 month remaining in second dose)? Also is it necessary to do titers test after vaccination of engirex b? Second person overthinks about viral diseases.

Yes, there is always a chance that it can be spread in this way, but the chance is small. Only if you experience symptoms you can go to test for Hepatitis B, otherwise, the engirex b should be sufficient to prevent Hepatitis B infection in the future. Good luck.
