Depo

Goeie dag Dr. Ek het na die geboorte van my kind op die depo (3 maande) spuit gegaan as voorbehoed. Ek het NET twee keer gegaan toe ek hoor dit is discontinued en nie meer beskikbaar nie. Ek het my laaste spuit November 2018 gehad en nie weer nie. Ek het weer die kliniek sr gevra om op voorbehoed te gaan maar ek moet eers wag dat my maandstonde terugkom se sy. Moet ek bekommerd wees, dit is nou al lank en ek het net twee spuite gehad. Ek het agter gekom ek het af en toe pyn in my vrouedele maar niks gebeur nie. Kan ek nogsteeds ovuleer en swanger raak as ek nie nou voorbehoed gebruik nie? Enige raad sal waardeer word. Baie dankie

It can take up top a year for your periods to come back after stopping Depo. However, sometimes you can ovulate before this happens. It is important therefore to use contraception. You don't have to wait for your periods to return, just have a  pregnancy test before you start the new contraception.
