Cholesterol totals

I am a 27 year old female who weighs 46 kg. I am active but was a smoker when I took a cholesterol test last year (15-11-2017) for which the results reflected. TOTAL 5.5, HDL 1.3, LDL 3.9, TRIGLYCERIDE 0.6. I Since got a fright, stopped smoking, reduced on bad fatty foods (didn't cut out just reduced). I went for another test this year (5-01-2018) with following results: TOTAL 5.4, HDL 1, LOL 3.6, TRIGLYCERIDE 1.7. I was tested on the Monday after my Bachelorettes (hence that Saturday I had drank ALOT). My questions is 1. Did my binge drink over the week end shoot my triglyceride reading up? 2. Did my inflated triglyceride reading shoot my total cholesterol up?
