Can extrasystoles be dangerous if you feel it in your chest?

I am a 20 year old female experiencing extrasystoles (skipped beats) with worrying chest discomfort. When this started I went to my GP and she did a stress ECG which was normal. I know that in this condition there is usually no reason for worry and that it can be caused by stress, caffeine and other factors. I have been exercising regularly and I have stopped drinking coffee to see if it helps. However, these past 2 weeks it seems as if it is worse (maybe due to stress). I would like to know if there is any reason for me to be worried of what feels like constricting chest discomfort, which is quite intense at times, accompanying the extrasystoles? Should I get further tests done or go see a cardiologist? Or should I just try to ignore it? Thank You
