Can cardiologist have been wrong?

Hi, thanks for your time. I have a lot of health issues: asthma, diagnosed with costochondritis by GP(pretty severe chest pain since about 12, different types, toradol helps really sharp pain I get through the back of chest on every breath), chronic idiopathic angioedema in tongue, cheeks, lips, leg, arms, back of knees, stomach, genitals, also have chronic joint pain (rheum says psoriatic arthritis , recommended Plaquenil). I see an allergist every 2 months. Frustrated lately and want to figure out cause of my angioedema and symptoms. Currently take 40mg cetirizine/300mg ranitidine/singulaire/avamys/simbicort/sometimes toradol/prednisone 3-4times a year sometimes for months. All doctors thinking lupus, but my ana neg. Right leg swells and has very tight pain, bicep and forearms swell but they get rock hard (at rest, no exercise, I am pretty intolerant to exercise). Many heart problems in my family, dad has aortic aneurysm, enlarged heart (I don’t, had the xray), high bp since he was 30, 2 stents for 90% blockages, mom high bp. Most aunts/uncles have had heart issues, my pop had his first at 34, plus stroke. Lately been very fatigued, slightest exertion saps me, being startled awake, I get freezing feet like ice even with 2 pairs of socks on, when they thaw sometimes they hurt. Sometimes feel almost high (take no drugs and don’t drink), not myself, more chest pain than usual. My bp is high for late 20’s, usually around 140-something/98ish, or higher - sometimes dips to 103/69. Heartrate always around 100, sometimes goes up to 120+ at rest (Anxiety ruled out). Doctors at emerg prescribed beta blockers (low dose) to bring heartrate down-elevated for long time. Allergist wanted me to see cardiologist, he was so rude and didn’t take me seriously or listen (I think because my age and gender), he didn’t do any tests, just listened to my heart and my ankle, said chest pain was “like headaches” and said costochondritis was just a word thrown around by doctors so I probably didn’t have it (my diagnoses passed my Rheum, and emerg doc who did exam and couldn’t touch ribs). I told him left cheek always swells/red/hot...he reduced it to embarrassed. Showed pics of swelling which shut him up. but he just said “tell all those doctors to stop talking about your heart!” he said my BP and heartrate fine? He said circulation fine? what about my feet sometimes. What do you think? What tests can I do? What overall condition may be causing all this? sorry - Thanks so much!

Make sure your BP is controlled at all times - <140/90. Otherwise it seems the cardiologist was satisfied with your heart. One must sometimes accept that all funny symptoms can not always be explained. Have regular check-ups with your rheumatologist because Lupus may develop later, or it may not. How much stress do you have? That can cause symptoms as well. Went for counselling? Then try to carry on with your life.
