One foot at a time sometimes both. the part where I feel needles feels hard and it is not the same part of the foot. There is a painfuil sensation at times sometimes its itching. Help! I have just been to my annual check up . My sugar and blood is normal. Age 44 yrs, male height 1.72 weight 78 kg. Walk once a week. Have a persistent left hip pain and below the knee.
