The pain is just becoming to much to handle especially when I sit I can feel burning sensation on my neck. I do exercises it helps, but when I sit then the pain starts I also now noticed my right hand has gotten weaker, reversing or opening the car window or even opening a bottle of tablets seems difficult, I feel pain on my right shoulder. When I wake up in the morning my bones feel tired and stiff, I just want to crack/pop the bones, which gives me some relief. I do not want to go for surgery. What are my other options, or meds that I can take to help. I usually take norflex and K Fenak, and it helps. Are there medication like oesteo ease etc, will that help.
