Arthritis

Hi Dr I am 45years female, I have problems with my neck, bulging disc and narrowing of the bones, which the Orthopedic said its arthritis, had block injections last year never helped much. The pain is just becoming to much to handle especially when I sit I can feel burning sensation on my neck. I do exercises it helps, but when I sit then the pain starts I also now noticed my right hand has gotten weaker, reversing or opening the car window or even opening a bottle of tablets seems difficult, I feel pain on my right shoulder. When I wake up in the morning my bones feel tired and stiff, I just want to crack/pop the bones, which gives me some relief. I do not want to go for surgery. What are my other options, or meds that I can take to help. I usually take norflex and K Fenak, and it helps. Are there medication like oesteo ease etc, will that help. Thanks
