It was a psychiatrist who prescribed the meds.

Ah. Well, that psychiatrist would then, having assessed him properly, be best placed to work out which med, or which combination, might be causing the problem ( or indeed something quite else ). Men are often reluctant to mention erectil and other sexual problems even to their shrink, so the doc might not even be aware that this is a problem, so gently encourage your husband to discuss this with his doc
