a circumcision is done as an out-patient procedure which means that you will not be hospitalised and the surgery will be performed in the doctor's rooms. you may be sensitive for a few days after the procedure but it will not be severe enough to stay at home. thus it will not compromise your work days.

Circumcision will solve you problem for good. Sex will be better for both of you. As an adult you will need to abstain for about 3-4 weeks. Use a condom for at least the first 2 weeks after you resume having sex. It will be a whole new and enjoyable experience for you both. As for the sensitivity, mine was excessive before my circumcision when I had my foreskin pulled back. About a week or 10 days afterwards, it subsided.

3-4 weeks may sound like a long time, but if that is all for a lifetime of pure bliss without tearing and waiting a few days every time you have an issue, then what are you waiting for??
