24year old with acne problem

Hi

I am a 24 year old male with an acne problem. I dont have severe acne but i get various types of acne all over my face. I generally suffer from oily skin. Nothing that I have tried has had a positive lasting result. I tried antibiotics tablets (Purbac) which helped but the acne re-appeared after I stop. Benzol-peroxide washes and creams dont work. I stops it from going full-blown but still doesnt help. I has really damage my confidence and it is just getting worse. I am starting to think I have some kind of hormonal inbalance. I have been to my GP a few times, but as I said the above remedies dont work. I have also been taking Zinc supplements but still doesnt clear up. Please, what is your advice and suggestions.

Thanks

Danny

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

I recommend that you get Skinoren cream from your pharmacy. This is as good as oral antibiotics. If this does not clear your skin, ask your doctor to prescribe Roaccutane for a period of 6 months.

Kind regards
