2 minute noodles are low in energy and fat, so you can use them as a snack when slimming. However this product has a high glycaemic index (GI), which means that it won't keep you satisfied for long. It may be better to eat 1 slice of seedbread with fat-free cottage cheese when you get hungry between meals.
