Sweet cravings: user comments

Most people have a sweet tooth. For some it may be a treat after a hard day’s work and for others a pick-me-up when things go wrong. Then there are those who simply can’t resist the temptation when presented with a slice of chocolate cake.

We asked our users if they had a sweet tooth. One user admitted to a regular chocolate habit:

Vickrim Naidoo (via email):  “I have Cadbury’s wholenut chocolate at least 4 times a week , one bar last 2 days.”

Nelia (via email) : ” Though I generally eat quite healthily, I definitely have a sweet tooth. The sandwich bar in our office building sells the most divine red velvet cupcakes and fudge. So, every once in a while, I’ll spoil myself with a something sweet.”

And our Facebook community seem to agree that sweets are irresistible:

Vuyo Phandle : “Yes and it has put me in a lot of trouble, so I'm forced to slow down a bit.”

Tracey Swarts : “Ooooh and hooow! Aaai! The death of me!”

Julius Moshebi : “Had a sweet tooth until I got the message from' Mr Brain' then I slowed down.”

Sibu Bongco : “I have 28!(sweet teeth) lol!”

Magda Pieters (Dietician) : “90% of people have... &99% of kids, and sugar is addictive. As a dietician, I see it every day. If only we could pull that sweet tooth, many health &weight problems would be solved!” via Facebook.
