Summer berry sunrise
- 90 g each of blackberries, blueberries and strawberries
- 90 g of vanilla-flavoured soy milk
- Ground cinnamon and wild honey to taste
Get-up-and-go smoothie:
- One banana
- One mango
- Half a medium sized pineapple
- A tablespoon of rolled oats
- 150ml milk or a small cup of plain, low-fat yoghurt
Carrot craving
- One quarter litre carrot juice
- One quarter litre orange juice
- 180 g pineapple
- 180g melon (try winter melons or papaya)
Tropical dream
- One large chopped banana
- Two peeled kiwi fruits
- Half a large mango
- Half a large papaya
- One quarter litre freshly squeezed orange juice
