Huletts EquiSweet Classic
The Huletts EquiSweet Classic range has an aspartame base, a non-nutritive sweetener that is made up of components found naturally in common foods such as meat, milk and vegetables.

Hints
- When aspartame is heated for long periods, loss of sweetness can occur. Rather add the sweetener at the end of the cooking process when food is removed fro m the heat.
- 1 tablet is equivalent to 1 level teaspoon of sugar (5 g) but has less than one hundredth of the kilojoules.
- Store in cool, dry conditions at all times.
EquiSweet Sucralose
Sucralose is a non-nutritive sweetener that is derived from natural cane sugar. It is not broken down by the body to provide energy.
