Eating healthily with ethnic food

  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Lightly sautéed
  • Grilled

Mexican

  • Spicy chicken
  • Rice & black beans
  • Salsa or Picante
  • Soft corn tortillas
