Get moving at the office

How can you reduce your daily sitting time when you’re not able to move around all day?

A few ways to lead a more active life without having to make drastic lifestyle changes are to:
  • Gently stretch when you get out of bed.
  • Do a couple of sun salutations (look it up online).
  • Ditch the car for public transport as often as you can.
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • Get up every 55 minutes to stretch your legs.
  • Skip the e-mail and walk over to your colleague.
