Could drinking water be the answer to your weight loss woes?

They’ll try cutting out carbs, they’ll try running every single day, they’ll try only eating foods that are green. When it comes to losing weight, people will try anything. But have they tried drinking water?


No, sipping on a glass of water is not going to burn the fat by itself. It will, however, make whatever you are doing much more effective. A study showed that people who drank two cups of water before a meal lost 4 pounds more than those who didn’t.
