Cancer-busting braai meat

This Wednesday is Heritage Day, AKA National Braai Day, and South Africans across the country will be firing up the grills and basting those chops.

Unfortunately, while red meat might fit into the Low Carb life, it can have some pretty nasty side effects if you go too big on boerewors. The worst of these is cancer, which numerous studies have associated with diets high in red-meat, even more so those that involve flame-grilling.

Fortunately, you don’t have to toss out the Weber. There are some easy ways you can amp up the health factor, and some of them are super easy, like herbs.
