Seven months after splitting from her singer husband, Sophie Turner has broken her silence on their divorce. She describes the days after she and Joe Jonas decided to go their separate ways as the “worst few days of my life”.
The Game of Thrones actress also shared her frustration over the portrayal of her as a “partier” following her divorce announcement last September.

"It hurt because I really do completely torture myself over every move I make as a mother – mom guilt is so real.
"I just kept having to say to myself, 'None of this is true. You are a good mom and you've never been a partier.'"
Sophie (28) and Joe (34) have two daughters, Willa (3) and Delphine (1).
The actress mentioned that she was on the set of the TV drama Joan when she noticed several articles claiming she was out partying in the UK while Joe was at home with their daughters.
“I was contracted to be on set for another two weeks, so I couldn't leave. My kids were in the States, and I couldn't get to them because I had to finish Joan,” she told British Vogue.
Sophie says that the true victims in the situation are their children, but both she and Joe are committed to doing what's best for their daughters.
She adds that Joe is a "great father to our children" and holds onto the hope that they can navigate co-parenting in a way that's healthy and positive for their family.
Though she still has photos of Joe on her social media profiles, Joe has removed all of hers from his platforms.
The couple got together in 2016 and exchanged vows in Vegas in 2019. Last September the Jonas Brothers member filed for divorce from Sophie after four years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Shortly after, Sophie sued Joe for “wrongful retention,” claiming that the singer was withholding their daughters’ passports and requesting the “immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained.”
Fortunately she and Joe managed to come to an agreement and Sophie dropped her lawsuit.
In her interview with British Vogue, The X-Men: Dark Phoenix actress also discussed feeling like a "plus one" in her marriage.

“There was a lot of attention on the three brothers, and the wives. It was kind of this plus-one feeling. And that’s nothing to do with him – in no way did he make me feel that – it was just that the perception of us was as the groupies in the band,” she said.
Sophie, who's currently dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson (29), admits that getting married at 23 left her inexperienced in the dating world.
"I am having fun dating. It's very fun," she says of her new romance.
"It's like you never really learn how to date when you get married so young, so it's all very new to me."
