IFP leader Velenkosini Hlabisa urged the people of Montshioa Stad in Mafikeng in the North West to punish the ruling party in the ballot box for allowing the province to fall apart.
Hlabisa was addressing a packed Barolong Community Hall on Saturday, but the number of people was nothing compared to the crowds the party usually pulls in KwaZulu-Natal.
Part of the party's plan is to take its manifesto to all provinces.
