That Jacob Zuma wasn't allowed to appeal persuaded the Electoral Court in his favour. This issue, however, fails to consider the context and circumstances under which the Constitutional Court made the decision to incarcerate Zuma in June 2021, argues Mcebisi Ndletyana.
