She's been careful about not revealing her daughter Malti's face in the past but Priyanka Chopra recently shared a series of photos of the toddler at a temple in India.

Priyanka and her husband, Nick Jonas, took the two-year-old to be blessed at the newly consecrated Ram Mandir temple in Ayodhya – and little Malti looked as cute as a button in a traditional Indian dress and headscarf.

“Blessings for the little one and the family,” Priyanka captioned the post.

Ahead of the event, the family had been in India for a few days to attend the opening of the Bulgari store in Mumbai as well as introduce a documentary called Woman of My Billion.

Produced by Priyanka’s production company, Purple Pebble Pictures, the film is about around violence against women and will stream on Amazon Prime soon.

Nick (31) and Priyanka (41) tied the knot in December 2018 after dating for a short while.

In 2022, after three years of wedding bliss, they announced the birth of their daughter, Malti.

"We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate," they said in a statement shared on Priyanka’s Instagram.

Four months later, the former Miss World opened up about the complications around Malti's birth. Malti was born via surrogate and spent her first 100 days in the neonatal intensive care unit after being delivered a full trimester before her due date.

She returned home just in time for the actress' first Mother's Day in May 2022.

“On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these last few months and the rollercoaster we’ve been on, which we now know, so many people have also experienced," she wrote on social media.

"Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few month, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is."

The parents have their hands full juggling family life with Nick's singing career as well as Priyanka's film, modelling and business commitments, but they’re making it work.

Priyanka spoke about feeling mom guilt, even though she's a hands-on parent, in an interview with People last year.

"Every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make," she said.

"I look at [my daughter's] smile, and I'm like, 'Okay, okay. I'm doing good so far.' It's the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it's extremely scary."

Nick has said parenting is a roller coaster of emotions. “It's overwhelming, the joy, the anxiety, all of the things” he told British Vogue.

But there is "nothing better" than being a dad, he added.
