Chest Press on Ball
Lie flat on the half ball (back supported) with both feet on the floor for support. The dumbbells are held together against each other. Palms face inwards for stability.
Eccentric contraction: Breathe in: Flex elbows lowering dumbbells slowly together and with control, until the elbows are level with the shoulders.
Concentric contraction: Breathe out: Press the dumbbells up together and with control. Repeat until the desired repetitions are complete.
