Flat Dumbbell Flys
EXECUTION
Feet should be positioned flat on the floor for support.
Forearms should be flat against the arm rests and positioned at
right angles to the upper arm.
Concentric contraction: Breathe out, pause and contract the pectoral muscles for 1-2 seconds as the forearms come together.
Eccentric contraction: Breathe in. Allow the arms to go back slowly controlling the movement (2-4 seconds)
