Eversion
EXECUTION
Stand supported in an upright position with enough tension on the cable to create resistance from the beginning of the movement.
Concentric contraction: Breathe out.
Eversion -Keeping the heel firmly on the ground, pull the foot outwards against resistance. Movement must be in the ankle joint only. Eccentric contraction: Breathe in as the foot is released slowly and with control (24 seconds) Repeat until the desired number of repetitions are completed
