Grocery Tool
Few of us have time to study food labels once we hit the grocery store, and yet this is the key to making healthier food choices. To make things easier, we've created a tool that makes it possible for you to do your research in the comfort of your home (or office chair). Simply select a food category on the left, view the nutrient values of the relevant products below, and make the right choices when you go shopping.

Tip: Shopping for muesli

When we think of a healthy breakfast choice, we think of muesli – a result of good marketing. But be warned: some muesli brands can contain a lot of fat. Be on the lookout for mueslis that have a lower total and saturated-fat content, and make sure you choose a brand that's free of unhealthy trans fats. Also go for muesli with a good fibre content (at least 8g of fibre per 100g muesli) and reduced sodium (salt).
