Boxing South Africa and South Africa's sports ministry on Tuesday paid tribute to legendary boxer Dingaan Thobela, who has died at the age of 57.

Thobela, known to his fans as the 'Rose of Soweto', was found dead at his flat in Johannesburg on Monday after suffering ill health.
