Your Programme - Week 21
 

Well done! This is the final week of the Shape Up for Summer Programme.

There is another change in this week's walking programme and an increase in the number of sets of ab and leg exercises.

Week 21:

  • One 10km walk, one 8km walk, one 5km walk and one fast 4km walk
  • Two rest days 
  • Two sessions of toning exercises, consisting of: 

    (Remember: each set consists of 15 repetitions!) 

2 Sets of Push ups
3 Sets of Lunge/Squat combo's

2 Sets of Bench Dips

2 Sets of Bicep Curls

4 Sets of Abdominal Crunches

3 Sets of Abdominal Oblique Crunches

3 Sets of Inner Thigh Exercises

3 Sets of Outer Thigh Exercises
