Your Programme - Week 19
 

There is another change in this week's walking programme and an increase in the number of sets of ab and leg exercises.

Week 19:

  • One 10km walk, one 8km walk, one 6km walk and one fast 4km walk
  • Two rest days 
  • Two sessions of toning exercises, consisting of: 

    (Remember: each set consists of 15 repetitions!) 

2 Sets of Push ups
2 Sets of Lunge/Squat combo's

2 Sets of Bench Dips

2 Sets of Bicep Curls

4 Sets of Abdominal Crunches

3 Sets of Abdominal Oblique Crunches

3 Sets of Inner Thigh Exercises

3 Sets of Outer Thigh Exercises
