Your Programme - Week 2
  So, how was week one of your "Shape up for Summer" programme? Do you feel that you're getting into some kind of a routine? Well, stick to us and we'll take you through this step-by-step!

Just a quick note: Have you remembered to check your pre-programme list?

  • Obtained Medical Consent
  • Got necessary equipment
  • Done 12 minute walk test before starting on programme
  • Taking all measurements before starting on programme

Remember always to warm up and stretch well and don't forget to complete your log book.

This is what you're in for this week! HAVE FUN!

Week 1:

  • 25 min brisk walk, three times a week
  • 2 Rest days
  • 2 Sessions of Toning exercises, consisting of:

1 Set of Wall press-ups

1 Dumbbell Flies

 

1 Set of Dumbbell front shoulder raise

 

1 Set of Abdominal Crunches

 

Don't fall into the trap of saying: "I'll start next month". You've completed your first week, don't stop now!
